OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma Gas and Electric says it's planning a six-year, $.3-billion uilding plan.

OG&E says the projects will help expand capacity and improve reliability and environmental performance for Oklahoma's largest utility.

The proposal's contained in papers filed with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. The utility wants the commission to expedite consideration of its plan to help hold down costs and bring additional power resources on line as soon as possible.

The plan includes construction of the Red Rock power plant, a 950-megawatt generating unit. Partners in the project are American Electric Power-Public Service of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority.
