TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- A Eufaula man who was convicted on four drug counts faces a 44-year prison term.
A federal judge sentenced 31-year-old Dallion Lavell Banks Thursday and included five years of supervised released after incarceration and a $4,000 fine.
Banks was accused of distributing meth from a Tulsa hotel. Police said they seized more than 187 grams of a mixture containing meth, three handguns, marijuana, digital scales and other items from a hotel room.
Officers also found 203 grams of a substance containing meth, weapons and other devices at Banks' home.
Banks was convicted in September after a two-day trial in which he was found guilty of two counts of possession of meth with an intent to distribute and two counts of possessing firearms in furtherance of those drug-trafficking crimes.
