A Tulsa woman is under arrest after admitting her role in several restaurant robberies dating back to May of 2005, said police.
Katelyn Davis was taken into custody during an investigating into Friday’s robbery of a BOK bank branch on North Lewis, officers said.
Davis’ boyfriend, Mimi Walton, is the primary suspect in the string of restaurant robberies. He’s also been identified as one of two suspects who robbed a Bank of Oklahoma branch on Friday, police said.
A Crimestoppers tip lead police to the Fairmont Terrace apartments Friday night. Police say Walton escaped before they could lockdown the apartment complex. Stained money, clothing and weapons from the robbery were recovered from an apartment at Fairmont Terrace, said police.
Mimi Walton is described as a black male, 5’11†and 155 pounds; he has tattoos on each forearm and one on his neck, which says “Omniville.â€
If you have any information on Walton’s whereabouts call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS.
