OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry has placed a bet with his Utah counterpart that the Tulsa football team will beat the Utes in Saturday's Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl game.<br/>

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry has placed a bet with his Utah counterpart that the Tulsa football team will beat the Utes in Saturday's Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl game.

Henry is betting a gift basket of Oklahoma steaks, while Governor Jon Huntsman is putting up a basket of products from Utah.

Both plan to donate their wagers to charity should they lose.
