OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) A first-degree murder charge was filed today against a 20-year-old man accused of killing his father and hiding his body in a freezer.

Andrew Jude Thompson is accused of killing his father, 48-year-old Emmanuel Thompson, on November 20th. Court papers indicate that he managed to conceal the death for nearly two weeks until he tried to sell his father's Mercedes Benz for $1,000.

A suspicious would-be buyer pried open the freezer, which he had been told was broken, and find Thompson's body on December 4th.

Police in The Village found the body in the trunk of the car and eventually discovered Andrew Thompson hiding in a crawlspace.

Court papers indicate Thompson told police he killed his father after an argument turned physical.
