The state is working to shutdown an unlicensed dentist. The Oklahoma Board of Dentistry will try to get a restraining order against Francisco Franco on Monday.

News on 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright found he was practicing dentistry out of his apartment. Franco showed Lori a license, but it wasn't the real thing.

Several of his patientâ€™s say he's hurt them and taken their money.

The apartment complex told Franco to stop running his dentist's office, they assume he's quit, but the Dentist's Board want a restraining order to make sure he's stopped before he hurts anyone else.
