LANE, Okla. (AP) _ One person is dead and two others are in critical condition following a head-on collision on State Highway 3 in Atoka County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 65-year-old Robert Morgan of Burns was killed in the crash just east of the town of Lane.
Troopers say Morgan was eastbound when a westbound car driven by 16-year-old Amber Brown tried to pass a semi in a no-passing zone and slammed into Morgan's car.
A passenger in Morgan's car and one in Brown's car are both hospitalized in Tulsa in critical condition while Brown is hospitalized in Ada in good condition.
