One person is jailed after a wild accident on I-44 overnight.
It happened around 2 AM Monday when an eastbound Interstate 44 driver got off the exit ramp at Elwood. He hit a parked pickup truck, sending it onto the wall. A light pole was also taken out.
No one was hurt, but the driver was jailed for DUI.
Two people managed to walk away from another accident overnight. Tulsa Police say the driver looked away from the road to change a CD. He hit the curb and a guardrail on the Broken Arrow Expressway at Sheridan, totaling his vehicle.
The force of the impact deployed the airbags. No one was hurt.
