NORMAN, Okla. (AP) -- The University of Oklahoma gets a "D" for diversity from a national group looking into how schools serve poor and minority students.
The report by the policy group The Education Trust looked at the top public university in each state, ranking them from A to F.
OU was among 32 universities to receive a grade of D or F. No grades of A were awarded.
OU was criticized for lack of access for minority and low-income students because enrollment and graduation rates for those groups lagged behind high school graduation rights.
