There is still now official winner in the Rogers County Commissioner race. A judge will make a decision on a vote recount in District 3 on Monday.

Randy Baldridge lost race by seven votes to Kirt Thacker, but Baldridge claims more than 20 people voted in the election that weren't supposed to vote.
