Another arrest in a Muskogee child abuse investigation.

Muskogee Police arrested Angela Warren [top picture] on Wednesday. She is the mother of the 5-month-old baby who was severely shaken earlier this week.

Police say it was Warren's sister, LaTonya Whitelaw [bottom picture], who actually shook the baby. Warren is accused of child neglect, because Muskogee Police say she knew her sister was not supposed to be around her kids.

The 5-month-old was listed in critical condition Tuesday night at a Tulsa hospital.
