Here is a reminder to be on the lookout for deer this time of year.

A Tulsa motorcycle rider hit a deer crossing the Tisdale Parkway near Pine Sunday evening. The motorcycle rider suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

Tulsa firefighters had to close the roadway for a while. The deer was killed in the accident.

In an unrelated accident, a man is in a Tulsa hospital after crashing his motorcycle on North Cincinnati.

Tulsa Police say just after 1 AM Monday, the man hit a curb and was ejected from his motorcycle. He was taken to the hospital with head and internal injuries.

There is no update on his condition.
