The preliminary hearing in Tulsa County District Court for a woman accused of giving her 15-year-old niece the keys to a car that killed was involved in a fatal accident has been postponed.
Rebekah Warren was in court Thursday morning for her preliminary hearing. It has now been moved to November 27th.
Warren is charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and one count of child neglect.
Tulsa Police say Warren gave her underage niece permission to drive the car involved in the wreck that killed 11-year-old Fabian Saenz.
The 15-year-old is charged with second-degree murder. She willl be tried as a juvenile.
