A Tulsa elementary school is now open for education. It's Union's new, Rosa Parks Elementary School.
The dedication comes on the one-year anniversary Park's death.
Besides providing an education, the school also has a full University of Oklahoma Bedlam Clinic to provide medical services to the community.
