A deadly accident as a Tulsa business prepares to open.

A North Carolina man was crushed Monday morning at a Tulsa business at 52nd and Peoria.

Tulsa Police say he was using a forklift to help set up a new plumbing supply company when his sleeve was caught by a semi. It pulled him towards it, crushing him between the truck and forklift.

Police are saying it appears to be a tragic accident.
