Tulsa Police arrested Jason Gibson early Sunday morning, after an officer responded to a call of an abandoned vehicle and saw Gibson drop heater coils from the roof of the Briar Village Shopping Center.
The officer found five more coils inside the car.
Tulsa Police say Gibson may have been stealing the coil for the copper inside of them.
