A Bartlesville woman is accused of stealing $28,000 from a bank, then blowing it all at a Pawhuska casino.

According to a court affidavit, Elena Reese recently told officials at the Home National Bank, she worked for American Payday Loans and that she needed to pick up the cash-change orders for the business. Fact is, Reese was fired from the job months ago.

Somehow she was still able to pick up money on five different occasions.
