NORMAN, Okla. (AP) Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops compliments the job Colt McCoy is doing as Texas' first year starter.
That said, Stoops surely will be happy to see McCoy rather than Vince Young quarterbacking the Longhorns when the teams meet in Dallas on Saturday.
Stoops says he won't have to worry about his defense having everybody covered yet still giving up a 50 yard run by Young.
Stoops says the Longhorns are efficient with McCoy at the controls.
The Sooners had a bye yesterday. The Longhorns tuned up with a 56-3 victory over 1-AA Sam Houston State.
