We may soon find out exactly what caused a fatal boating wreck on Grand Lake earlier this summer.

Murray McGarvey was killed in what investigators say was a boating hit and run. An accident reconstruction engineer is at Grand Lake this week to investigate. Delaware County officials say he has inspected both boats and will inspect the accident scene after dark.

The Delaware County District Attorney's office is trying to decide whether criminal charged should be filed in the case.
