DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops is still stewing over Oklahoma's loss to #13 Oregon.
Stoops has watched tapes of a disputed onside kick and pass-interference penalty that helped fuel the Ducks' comeback win on Saturday.
Stoops says that as for the video replay, it's still better than not having it at all.
Meanwhile, The Pac-10 has offered Stoops an apology and issued a one-game suspension to the officiating crew and the instant replay officials who worked the game. The Ducks won the game 34-33 after scoring 2 touchdowns in the final 72 seconds.
Stoops says the officials had an opportunity to get it right and they chose not to. Stoops says there's no amends for what happened and it can't be corrected.
The loss was Oklahoma's first of the season and immediately lessens the Sooners' chances of making it to a third BCS title game in 4 years.
