HONOBIA, Okla. (AP) -- An Arkansas man is dead after crashing the all-terrain vehicle he was driving early Friday morning in rural Le Flore County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Crandall Jay Ludlow of Grannis, Arkansas, was killed in the accident shortly before 5 AM.
Troopers say Ludlow wasn't wearing a helmet and died of head and neck injuries when he lost control of the ATV and it flipped.
