An 18-year-old man faces negligent homicide charges in connection with the death of a 17-year-old teen.
Tulsa Police say Logan Watt ran a red light at 71st and Wheeling Thursday night and hit a Honda Accord that Matthew Billups was driving. Billups died.
Watt and his passenger were not hurt.
