TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ Oral Roberts added a game at Georgetown to its men's basketball schedule on Wednesday, coach Scott Sutton said.
The Golden Eagles, who played in the NCAA tournament last season for the first time in 22 years, will play the Hoyas on Dec. 9.
``This is a great opportunity for us to play against one the elite teams in the country,'' Sutton said. ``It's a good game for our program and it gives our alums on the East Coast a chance to watch us play.''
Oral Roberts beat Georgetown 81-63 at the Rainbow Classic on Dec. 20, 2004, and leads the all-time series 3-1.
To make room for the Georgetown game, Oral Roberts dropped a home game against Southwestern Oklahoma State that had been scheduled for Nov. 18.
The Golden Eagles also have road games scheduled at Kansas, Arkansas and Seton Hall.
