A leaky valve leads to a chemical spill overnight.

Just before 11 PM Wednesday, a train moving through the Port of Catoosa was stopped.

A brakeman noticed that a tanker filled with 70 percent hydrogen peroxide solution was leaking. It's estimated a hundred gallons of the 60,000 gallon tanker leaked.

The fire department was on the scene as a precaution.

They tell us there was no potential hazard.
