Two young girls testify Wednesday morning in Tulsa's serial rape case.

Gary Graham was in court Wednesday on six additional charges. He's already been ordered to stand trial on 38 other counts.

News on 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright says Gary Graham listened as two little girls testified about terrifying encounters in their own bedrooms.

A 15-year-old girl said a man grabbed her in September of 2002, took her from her bedroom and licked her chest. The Spanish speaking girl said through an interpreter that the man threatened, in half English and half Spanish, to hurt one of her sisters if she screamed. He ran off when the girl's grandmother yelled her name.

An expert says DNA ties Graham to that attack. However, Graham's attorney says Graham does not speak any Spanish and says there's another problem with this girl's story. Kevin Adams: "That witness had previously identified someone different than Mr. Graham to police."

A 10-year-old Jenks girl testified that she woke up in her room on April 14th of 2005 to a man who put his hand over her mouth. She says he was wearing a glove, but, she bit his hand, there was no DNA in that case.

One victim was too young to testify. She was only 2 years old. Her parents said they woke up to their daughter crying, naked, covered in rain and grass on her bed. Her window was open and outside, her diaper and pajamas.

Graham's mother was in court for the Wednesday's testimony as her son maintains his innocence.

When asked whether Graham would testify on his own behalf, his attorney said, â€œI don't know that yet, but it wouldn't surprise me.â€

A DNA expert was flown in from Utah to testify. She said Graham's DNA profile was very rare, actually, less than one-10th of one percent of the population would have the same.

Wednesday's hearing will continue in two weeks.

A trial in this case wouldn't be until sometime next spring.
