OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Colorado's lottery director says the company that encountered problems in taking over that state's lottery shouldn't have problems starting up new games in Oklahoma.

Colorado had to black out its lottery games for one day in May while Scientific Games took over the games from another company.

But Lottery Director Peggy Gordon says those glitches were minor and have been pretty much rectified. She says retailers now are very happy with the company.

Scientific Games is the same company that was chosen to start up Oklahoma's lottery by October.

Oklahoma Lottery Director Jim Scroggins says he was aware the company had problems in Colorado, although he wasn't sure of the extent.

He says he's been reassured about the company, which earned the right to start Oklahoma's lottery through a bidding process.
