After weeks of performances and competition, we have a new winner in the Gimme the Mike grand finale.

Week 2 winner, Monieka Jones took home the Gimme the Mike grand prize Monday night at the Cain's Ballroom. Last year's winner, Gabriel Williams handed off the microphone to this year's champion.

Monieka dedicated Monday night's performance to her family, especially her mother who recently passed away. Monieka said she knew her mother was watching. There is no doubt her whole family is very proud of her.
