A federal jury in Muskogee has convicted former Latimer County Sheriff Melvin Holly of 14 counts.
Prosecutors say he sexually abused jail inmates and employees. Holly was accused of forcing three women prisoners into sexual relations with him, serving one of them moonshine, and threatening the life of another.
Holly could get life in prison for three of the felony counts.
