Three people including two law enforcement officers in Delaware County have been shot in what sources say started as a dispute between a father and a son.
It happened at Patricia Island near Grove just before 4 PM Tuesday.
Authorities say a Delaware County Sheriff's deputy was shot in the arm. He's said to be in good condition at the Grove hospital. A Grove Police officer was also shot. He was taken by helicopter to a Joplin hospital with pellet wounds to his chest and abdomen, but is listed in good condition.
Colbly Livsay is now charged with two counts of shooting with intent to kill.
Livsay was treated for a gunshot wound to the hand and was well enough to appear in court. The judge set his bond at $200,000. He has another court appearance Thursday morning.
