Authorities in Wagoner County are trying to determine whether human remains found outside a mental health services home belong to a patient, missing since May.

Search dogs found a badly decomposed body hanging from a tree near the New Beginnings Residential Care Home in Red Bird Friday. The headless body was hanging by its hands, which were bound at the wrists.

A human skull was found Wednesday, about 60 yards away from the tree.

The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office sent the remains to the Tulsa medical examiner to determine whether it is 25 year old Blaine Williams, who's been missing from the care home since May.
