TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- A Tulsa-based television production company plans to formally announce that it is bringing an East Coast manufacturer to Oklahoma.
Winnercomm Incorporated will announce Tuesday that it has acquired a Philadelphia-based manufacturer of television broadcasting equipment.
Winnercomm plans to move the company to Tulsa and construct a new headquarters and manufacturing facility for the company.
Officials with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and Winnercom declined to provide additional details on the incoming manufacturer.
Winnercomm is the largest producer of programming for ESPN. The company employs about 200 people in Tulsa and about 2,000 subcontractors.
The company has offices in Tulsa, Dallas, New York, Chicago and Nashville.
