The Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office is giving away free gun locks after a 10-year-old boy accidentally shot an 11 year old Beggs boy.

Investigators say the boys had come inside from swimming and were changing clothes in a bedroom when a 22 caliber rifle that had been leaning on the back of the door fell down.

They say when the 10 year old went to put the rifle back; it fired, shooting the 11 year old in the jaw. The victim is expected to recover.
