Cleveland County prosecutors to seek death penalty against pair

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Cleveland County prosecutors say they'll ask for the death penalty against two men charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping in the shooting death of an Oklahoma City teenager.

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Cleveland County prosecutors say they'll ask for the death penalty against two men charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping in the shooting death of an Oklahoma City teenager.

Jerome Booth and Michael Emami are accused of killing 17-year-old Taylor Heintzelman and dumping his body alongside a south Oklahoma City road where it was found by a motorist on May 17th.

Booth and Emami were arrested three days later in Rayville, Louisiana and have been extradited to Cleveland County where they're being held in the Cleveland County Detention Center on $100,000 bond each.
