The state medical examiner says a body found in Wagoner County on Monday is that of 28 year-old Indalecio Sauceda.

Sauceda is a Dallas man who went missing near the Creek Nation Casino last week.

His loved ones came to Tulsa to search for him when he didn't answer phone calls early Friday morning.

Police reports indicate casino security saw him speed off a 25-foot embankment into the river on Creek tribal land.

Several agencies were involved in the search including the Creek Nation authorities.
