OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Governor Henry is on his way to Germany where he'll deliver the commencement address to students enrolled in a University of Oklahoma graduate study program.
The governor, his wife and oldest daughter are going to Heidelberg for the commencement and to meet with military families and visit a military hospital.
Henry will also go to London during the trip to discuss economic development. The governor's office says the trip to London was scheduled after Henry met in April in Oklahoma City with Great Britain's consul general about possible shared economic opportunities.
