WASHINGTON (AP) -- After being ordered by a court to search harder, the FBI has found more than 340 documents about possible links between the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and a gang of bank robbers.
The FBI once said it couldn't find the documents requested by Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue. The agency now wants to avoid or delay releasing those documents.
Trentadue is looking for evidence to support his theory that his brother Kenneth was murdered in a federal prison in Oklahoma City because he was mistaken for a member of the bank robbery gang.
Local and federal investigations ruled Kenneth Trentadue's death a suicide, but some officials question that because his body was battered and bruised.
