The intense heat this past weekend didn't keep folks from heading outside to enjoy Mayfest.

A record number of people walked along Tulsa's Main Street downtown to enjoy the arts, food and fun at the 33rd annual International Mayfest.

Mayfest sponsors tell the News on 6, an estimated 390,000 people were on hand this year. That's some 70,000 more people in attendance compared to last year alone.

Between 12,000 and 15,000 people attended the Hanson concert Friday night.
