A protective order filed against Tulsa County Assessor Ken Yazel has been dismissed.

The plaintiff asked the judge to dismiss the order and the judge granted it. Jennifer Newman requested the order last month, because she says she was receiving obscene phone calls.

Records show the phone company traced those calls to Ken Yazel's cell phone.
