The family of Richard Latty has put up a billboard, asking for tips to solve his murder. He was shot twice outside his Tulsa townhouse on East 51st street in February.

Latty's family believes his girlfriend's son, who was staying with Richard, was into drugs. They think the killer was actually after him.

A witness helped Tulsa Police create a composite sketch of the suspect, who jumped into the passenger side of a get-away car. Victimâ€™s brother Garry Latty: "There are people who know and we are offering a reward for those people to come forward."

The family has started the reward fund with $10,000, and others have added to it.
