Former Creek County Judge Donald Thompson pleaded not guilty to felony charges of indecent exposure at his court arraignment Friday.

Thompson is accused of using a device called a penis pump while presiding over three trials in 2003, including two murder cases. Thompson denies the charges and says the device was a gag gift he received for his birthday. He retired last August after being threatened with removal from the bench.

The case will go to trial in September.
