The Muskogee couple accused of murdering the little girl who used to be only known as Precious Doe, was in a Muskogee County courtroom Friday afternoon.

Michelle and Harrell Johnson waived their rights at an extradition hearing and will soon be sent back to Kansas City to face murder charges. That is where police found the decapitated body of Michelle's three year old daughter Erica Michelle Marie Green, in 2001.

The body was known as "Precious Doe" until a tip from a relative of the child cracked the case Tuesday.
