OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Attorney General Drew Edmondson says two people are being charged with using the Internet to swindle people.
Samantha Covey is charged in Cleveland County District Court with one felony and three misdemeanor counts of violating the state's Consumer Protection Act.
Michael Moshopoulos is charged in a separate case in Tulsa County with two felonies and a misdemeanor of violating the act.
Edmondson say both put items up for auction on the Internet site eBay, but did no send the items to the people who paid for them. He says Covey was offering computer software and Moshopoulos was offering electronic organizer-phones.
