OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- An Oklahoma City strip club owner has been convicted of planning to kill his business partner and of embezzlement.

Prosecutors say Sundeep Kishore planned to kill Jeff Watson with strychnine while on a trip to India. Kishore was also convicted of taking more than $100,000 from Watson and spending all but $17,000 on personal expenses and to buy cocaine for Watson's then 15-year-old daughter.

Kishore was sentenced to 20-years in prison for embezzlement and 10 years for conspiracy to commit murder.

Kishore and Watson owned a strip club in southwest Oklahoma City.
