A Tulsa area man is the target of a federal lawsuit aimed at punishing Oklahomans for downloading movies.
The lawsuit alleges Donald Beane violated copyright laws by illegally downloading "Catwoman" and "The Butterfly Effect" from the Internet. Three other federal lawsuits were filed in Oklahoma City.
The movie industry estimates it loses $250-billion a year to pirating and counterfeiting.
