OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Governor Brad Henry's proposal for tax rebates and funding for research was passed by a subcommittee in the state House.

The bill calls for tax rebates to taxpayers when the state's Rainy Day Fund is full.

Taxpayers would get up to $100 in tax rebates this year. The bill also calls for investing $100-million into high technology research projects.

The bill has already passed the state Senate and now goes to the state House Appropriations Committee for consideration.
