Three people arrested for the theft of a statue

22 year old Donald Kincaid, 19 year old Kimberly Kincaid and 21 year old Bradford Lowyns face charges of grand larceny.

Tulsa Police stopped the trio near 38th and Harvard early Monday morning after a witness called in a tip that they had stolen a penguin statue.

The penguin wasn't in the car, but Tulsa Police say after being questioned, they took the officers to the penguin 19th and Gary.
