There's still no sign of a suspect wanted for murder in Tulsa. 26-year-old Harold Island was killed in June of 2003.

Police believe Mikel Kinder[pictured] shot Island in the head. A warrant is out for Kinder's arrest, but Tulsa Police can't find him.

Island's family, including his two young sons, are overwhelmed by grief, and they want justice. The victimâ€™s mother Augustine Cully: "I'm just hoping somebody can let police know, let Crimestoppers know where he is, we want this so bad."

Anyone with information about Kinder's whereabouts can call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS. You can remain anonymous and could earn a thousand dollar cash reward.
