A guilty verdict in the trial of a Muskogee man who paid someone to kill his estranged wife. His first trial ended in a hung jury.
This time it took only four hours for jurors to convict 61-year old Bradley Kizzia of first degree murder. The verdict comes more than two years after 43-year old Dayna Kizzia was shot to death outside her Wagoner home.
The man paid to pull the trigger, Lonnie Deckard is already serving a life sentence. Now with the man behind the plan also facing life, Dayna's family finally has some closure.
Bradley Kizzia has maintained his innocence throughout. His sentencing is set for May 2nd.
