Tulsa Police are trying to figure out what caused a fatal head-on collision in north Tulsa Saturday afternoon.

Officers say the driver of an eastbound pickup truck apparently crossed the centerline at about 13500 East 46th Street North and ran head-on into a westbound dump truck. The pickup driver was killed instantly. T

he dump truck driver was not seriously injured.
