The families of three little girls say they are dealing with delayed justice. That's because a judge is going to wait until Monday to announce his sentence of a man convicted of exposing himself at a Tulsa hotel.

Chris Roberts originally pleaded no contest to the charges, but when the judge gave him 15 years in prison, Roberts decided to change his plea. He pleaded guilty Wednesday and asked the judge for a lighter sentence since this is his first offense and he was battling alcoholism at the time.

The families of the girls don't want his sentence shortened and want the judge to stick to his original decision. Victimâ€™s mother Donna Turner: "I think it should stay the same. He should get what he deserves. Once you've offended, there's always a chance and I think he should do his time."

The judge says he'll have his decision Monday and wants to come up with a sentence that punishes Roberts, protects the public but also takes into account Roberts' wife and small children.
